I will work with you to develop a healthy eating for life strategy, devising a step by step comprehensive plan for you to create changes that are for long term and become part of your everyday life. I make it easy to incorporate small changes step by step instead of trying to change everything at once, which is why people can get overwhelmed and not succeed. Consultations includes 2 week meal plan, recipes and a follow up consultation.
